SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-3  business days of receipt.  Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days,  If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  International shipping is not provided.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as valid.  If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you.  If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled and refunded.

RETURNS

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

    Upon checking the Agree to Subscription Terms box you agree to receive the selected product(s) on a month-to-month basis. Your monthly subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You authorize us to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel.

    CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

    You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or fees. To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] or call 888-420-3021 and inform us of your desire to cancel. We will process your cancellation request within a reasonable time. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be charged for any subsequent months. Any charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your subscription shipment date your order will be canceled. Should you cancel after 14 days prior to your subscription date, you will be charged for that shipment but all subsequent shipments will be canceled.
