SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

One time purchase terms

By agreeing to One-Time Purchase Terms”, you consent to receive the selected product(s) as a one-time purchase. Your purchase will be finalized once your initial payment is processed. You authorize us to store your payment method for this one-time transaction. Please note, unlike our subscription service, this purchase does not involve recurring monthly charges.

Products offered include all the products listed for sale on this website.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Upon checking the Agree to Subscription Terms box you agree to receive the selected product(s) on a month-to-month basis. Your monthly subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You authorize us to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel.

I understand that if one or more items in my cart is either a one-time purchase or a deferred (or recurring purchase) and by continuing with my purchase, I agree to the cancellation policy and authorize you to charge my payment method at the price shown. Additionally, If the purchase is a deferred (or recurring purchase), I agree to prices, frequency, and dates listed on this page until my order is fulfilled or I cancel if permitted.

If I placed a recurring order of Mocktail Creator 50MG as an example, I understand that I will be charged $22.45 per unit (1 unit) now and every 30 days thereafter until I cancel the subscription and that I will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to the transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction. “Please note the billing receipt will come from Hemp Beverage Company.” 

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or fees. To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] or call 888-420-3021 and inform us of your desire to cancel. We will process your cancellation request within a reasonable time. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be charged for any subsequent months. Any charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your subscription shipment date your order will be canceled. Should you cancel after 14 days prior to your subscription date, you will be charged for that shipment but all subsequent shipments will be canceled.
